This Website is a loan referral service («Service») that connects consumers with prospective lenders participating in our network («Lenders»). To use the Service, you must complete an online request form (a «Request Form») that requests your personal information (name, address, telephone number, email address, social security number, bank account information, and employment information). This Terms of Use is provided in conjunction with our Privacy Policy (referenced herein).

Electronic Disclosure and SMS Terms

By submitting your Request Form, you agree to receive notifications, disclosures, and other communications from the Website and from our Lender Partners. If you are connected to a Lender, that Lender may require you to execute an electronic loan contract which will be as binding as a loan contract in paper form. Your electronic signature on the form will be as valid as a physical signature. You may also be required to consent to receiving notifications regarding your loan electronically which may include attempts to collect a debt. The Lender may require you to access documents related to a loan, including your loan contract. The Lender may allow you to withdraw your consent to electronic disclosures. Contact the Lender with whom you were connected to understand more. Please note, however, that consent to receive electronic disclosures may affect your ability to receive a loan from a Lenders. Further, you represent that the information you provide to Website, and ultimately, the Lenders, through your Request Form is accurate and truthful. If the information in your Request Form is not accurate and truthful, the Website may deny, suspend, or terminate your use of the Service.

By providing a mobile phone number you are consenting to communications via SMS from the Website and the Lenders, which may include a follow-up SMS message which may include a link to your completed loan Request Form, payment reminders from Lenders, and future offers. Message and Data Rates May Apply. Under no circumstances will the Website be responsible for wireless carrier or other third parties’ fees for use of this service. Messages may be delayed or undelivered due to many various factors. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Credit Decisions

If a Lender Partner determines that your Request Form meets its underwriting criteria, your browser will be redirected to the lender’s website. You understand and agree that, once you have been redirected to the lender’s website, the Website has no further involvement in the loan registration or decision process. Your interactions with the Lender are subject to privacy policy, terms of use, and other policies or terms enforced by that Lender.

The Website is not a lender and does not make loans or credit decisions. The Website does not guarantee that any Lender will offer you a loan and does not guarantee that the price, product, availability, rates, fees, or any other loan terms offered and made available by Lenders.

Lenders may use your Request Form information to perform a credit check. This credit check may be a formal credit inquiry which leaves a record on your credit report and may affect your credit score (a «Hard Check»). Or it could be an informal inquiry which will not affect your credit (a «Soft Check»). These credit checks may be performed through a credit reporting agency or through other alternative credit reporting agencies or data aggregators. By submitting your Request Form, you agree to allow Lenders to review, verify, and research your information in such a manner.

Disclaimers, Liability Limitations and Indemnity

The Website may change any information, features, or functions without prior notice and may deny you access without prior notice if you engage in any conduct or activities, we, in our sole discretion, violate these terms, our rights or those of any third party, or is otherwise inappropriate. The Website is not responsible for any technical problems beyond its reasonable control or errors or delays in the Services.
